THING: Box Breathing

Recently, I went to a talk about anxiety and stress presented by the organization, Young and Healthy . It was an opportunity for parents to learn more about helping themselves as well as their kiddos through tough times. The speaker taught us about box breathing and had the audience collectively box breath together. Woah… we all were pretty relaxed after. Highly recommend trying this for yourself and and teaching it to others as it is an amazing way to calm yourself.
