IDEA: Play a game

Playing games with family and friends is so much fun! Recently on a rainy day we sat down and played a game of Scrabble. Scrabble is a game that was invented in the 1930’s during the great depression by an architect. The game uses tiles with different letters on them which are arranged to form words. It can be very challenging at times! There are many different editions including junior, different languages and even travel (check them out, HERE) Have you ever played?

PS. The highest-scoring word achievable in a standard game of Scrabble is "oxyphenbutazone," which could earn a player up to 1778 points if played strategically using bonus squares with existing tiles on the board. WOWZA !
