THING: Dragon Fruit

We were gifted some incredibly beautiful (both inside and out) Dragon Fruit recently. We were delighted in the coloring and texture of this magnificent beauty. What is funny is the contrast between the visual flair and the mild, almost timid taste of this fruit. So juicy, so pink, crunchy and then a quiet and mild sweetness. We enjoyed staining our hands and then our lips with fruit. It made our lips a beautiful color!
